Delete your data
If you are a business using Grooo
Email support@ichira.io from your account's email address with the subject "Delete my account". We confirm by email and delete your account and its data within 30 days, except records the law requires us to keep. You can also disconnect your WhatsApp number from Grooo at any time in Meta Business Settings.
If you are a customer of a shop on Grooo
Email support@ichira.io with your phone number and the shop's name, or ask the shop directly. We delete your information from that shop within 30 days.
