Grooo, operated by Ichira Corporation, lets businesses run an online store, order updates, a WhatsApp team inbox, chatbots, broadcasts and delivery on WhatsApp.

You must give true information, keep your password safe, and are responsible for your team's use of your account.

You must follow WhatsApp's Business Messaging Policy and Commerce Policy. You may send offers only to customers who have agreed to receive them. We may suspend accounts that break these rules, because they put every Grooo business at risk.

You are responsible for your products, prices, taxes, deliveries, refunds and customer service. Items banned by WhatsApp's Commerce Policy or Indian law may not be sold.

Plans and prices are shown on our Pricing page and are paid monthly or yearly in advance. We will tell you at least 30 days before any price change, and you can close your account instead. WhatsApp's own message charges are set by Meta and passed on at Meta's rates.

Your business's data belongs to you. We use it only to provide Grooo, as described in our Privacy Policy.

We work to keep Grooo running at all times but cannot promise it will never be interrupted, including by WhatsApp or Meta.

Grooo is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, Ichira Corporation is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost sales or lost profits, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

You can close your account at any time. We may close accounts that break these terms, with notice where possible.

These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts of Ahmedabad have jurisdiction.
